With hearing loss affecting so many Australians, the Australian Government Hearing Services Program was put in place to help eligible people with the costs of hearing services, assessments and devices.

Are you eligible to receive free hearing services?

To be eligible you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident 21 years or older and:

  • A Pensioner Concession Card Holder
  • Receiving Sickness Allowance from Centrelink
  • The holder of a DVA Gold Card issued for all conditions
  • The holder of a DVA White Card issued for specific conditions that include hearing loss
  • A dependent of a person in one of the above categories
  • A member of the Australian Defence Force; or
  • Part of the Australian Government funded Disability Employment Services (DES)

Once your application is completed and your Doctor’s signature is obtained, we can arrange your appointment for a full free hearing assessment with one of our government accredited clinicians.
