I was also the Customer Experience Ambassador for the Australian group where i was able to work on creating unique customer experiences for both our internal team and our clients. I have always had a great love for customer service especially in this industry where we can help and make such a difference to people's lives.

Anne has spent the majority of her working career in the allied health industry, and transitioned into the hearing industry a couple of years ago. Anne currently manages the accounts department and also looks after day to day administration.

With previous experience in aged care sector, and over 3 years with the company Bella has a keen interest in audiology. She treats everyone with care and is always happy to help our clients. Bella has now begun her studies in Audiometry.

Using empathy, communication and problem-solving, I have witnessed individuals restore relationships with their loved ones, reintegrate back into society and regain control over their life. This is what fulfils me.

Brian has worked with us as our Systems Administrator since 2018. Although his main role is to maintain our computer system, he also looks after our quality assurance and workplace safety systems, and on some occasions, building maintenance. Brian enjoys spending his free time renovating his house and restoring his 70's trials motorbike

You could be  eligible for the voucher component of the Hearing Services Program if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident 21 years or older and you meet certain eligibility requirements.  This would enable you to free hearing aids and services.
