My father-in-law, Brian, was recently fitted with his first pair of hearing aids by Kate at Total Hearing. Kate was very patient with us, and was more than happy to answer our questions. We have found the entire team to be friendly and supportive and would highly recommend.

Kate is very professional and friendly. I had been getting by with one hearing aid, even though a new test and test results from a few years ago showed a deficit in both ears. Kate gave me an affordable way to get an aid for both ears. Two weeks in, and the improvement is amazing. Thanks to Kate I am not missing out on conversations anymore.

My experience at Total Hearing has been great. Helen and Alex always explain everything thoroughly. I always leave with all my questions answered. All the staff are totally genuine and care about my hearing needs. Total Hearing clinic is a very happy place! Something that is rare these days. We all get on very well and I always have a laugh with Bella at the front. I would recommend Total Hearing to everyone!

I have been a client of Total Hearing and Health at Windsor NSW,for approx 15 years. I have recently purchased new Unitron rechargeable hearing aids through them. I am really happy with these aids. I see Helen who I have found to be excellent in communicating and listening to my needs. I would highly recommend Total Hearing as a caring efficient service ready to assist in every way possible.

Had my hearing aids for just over a month. It’s life changing. Service from Total Hearing was fantastic - it’s great to be able to pop in with a question. Low staff turnover due to being a family business so much better than buying online or thru retail outlet at a shopping centre. Highly recommend

I met with Kate Robertson in May and she immediately put me at ease with her professional and pleasant manner. I was a bit apprehensive ( didn't want to admit that I have hearing loss!) but her explanations to all my questions allied this fear. I tried out the aids for two weeks, and couldn't believe the difference they made! Completely happy with the decision to keep on wearing them. Thanks Kate

I’d just like to say a huge thank you to the lady who did my sons hearing assessment today! I feel terrible that I can’t for the life of me remember her name but I wanted to express my appreciation as she was absolutely fantastic! So kind and patient with my son who has ADHD and can become very nervous in unfamiliar situations. She was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and understanding, patient and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. Thank you for making what could have been a disaster an enjoyable experience for my son.
